(PSP; PACIFIST SOCIALIST PARTY)
Political party founded in 1957 during the Vietnam War. It originated in the Third Path movement, which re fused to take sides during the Cold War period. Besides pacifism, the PSP stressed its socialistprinciples by advocating the socialization of production means and the reduction of income differences. The dwin dling party merged in 1989 with three other parties into the Groen Links (GL, Green Left).
